HANDY HASH BROWNS | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 med. onion, chopped 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. Corn Flakes, smashed Mix all ingredients, except Corn Flakes. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Then stir and sprinkled smashed Corn Flakes on top and bake another 45 minutes. |
