1 c. orange juice
1 c. water
2 egg whites
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 c. ice, heaping

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender set on high speed for exactly 1 minute.

Yield: 2 drinks.
