TROPICAL ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. honey
2 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
1 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts

Beat eggs, add oil, honey, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until mix is thick and foamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple. Combine flour with seasonings and add to mix. Add walnuts and raisins. Divide batter equally into 2 greased and floured 5"x9" bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then turn out on wire racks to cool completely.
