TOMATO CHEESE CHICKEN 
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. butter
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
6 to 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 lg. can of stewed tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Saute garlic in butter. Add chicken, cook until just done. Put chicken and garlic into casserole dish. Add mushrooms, tomatoes and salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Italian seasonings, top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
