LASAGNA ROLLS 
1 c. spinach
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 c. dry curd cottage cheese
8 whole wheat lasagna noodles

Cook spinach, drain off all excess water. Stir in cheeses. Set aside. Cook lasagna noodles. Spread spinach mixture evenly along the entire length of each noodle. Roll up noodle and place on its side in a non-stick 8 x 8 inch casserole. Do not let noodles touch. Cover lasagna with Spicy Tomato Sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 4.

SPICY TOMATO SAUCE:

1 c. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 dash Tabasco
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Combine and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer about 8 minutes. Serve. Makes 2 cups.
