BUSY DAY CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 (3 lb.) cabbage head
1 can tomato soup
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef and onions. Drain and add rice and seasonings. Cut half the cabbage into fine pieces and place on bottom of greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Add meat mixture and cover with remaining cabbage.

Mix together tomato soup, tomato paste, vinegar, brown sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over cabbage and meat and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
