A BETTER CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, cooked
2 lb. broccoli
3 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. sharp cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

Cook chicken in boiling water until tender. Steam broccoli until tender. Mix soup, curry powder, lemon juice and mayonnaise with sliced mushrooms. Spread cut-up broccoli in bottom of well-greased 9x13 inch pan. Remove bones from chicken and cut up into 1-inch pieces and spread over broccoli. Pour soup mixture over all and cover with cheese. Sprinkle with bread crumbs combined with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can be assembled in advance, just refrigerate and then bake.
