CRISPY CHICKEN 
2 lbs. meaty chicken (breasts, thighs, drumsticks)
2 c. potato chips
1 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
Dash pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk

Oven 375 degrees. Remove skin from chicken. In plastic bag, put potato chips and cereal. Use rolling pin, crush chips and cereal. Pour crumbs into plate. Crack egg in bowl, beat until white and yolk are mixed. Add milk and pepper.

Dip chicken in egg mixture, then roll chicken in the crumbs mixture. Place chicken meat side up. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until done.
