GARY'S HOT CROCK POT CHILI 
1 1/2 lb. ground round beef
1 onion chopped
2 ribs celery chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
2 fresh jalapeno chiles chopped
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (12 oz.) can V8 or tomato juice
1/2 cup ketchup (Hunts)
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. ground red pepper (cayenne or jalapeno)
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. hot sauce

Mix meat, onion, celery, bell pepper and jalapeno chiles. Cook until meat is brown. Add remaining ingredients together. Put in Crock-Pot on low for about 4 hours.
