3 c. sugar
2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
3 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
6 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
6 c. flour

Beat well sugar, butter and eggs. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Add rest of ingredients and beat well. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until lightly brown. Can be frozen and will remain soft.
