PAPRIKA CHEESE ROLL 
1 lb. American cheese, grated
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together. Form into two balls about 1" thick. Roll in paprika and wrap in waxed paper. Chill at least 24 hours. May also be frozen! Serve on crackers or a finger sandwich filling.
