BEEF BAR-B-QUE 
2 pkgs. dry Italian dressing
1 can beer
1 beef roast
1 bottle barbeque sauce

Cut roast in chunks and pour dressing and beer over the meat in a crock pot. Cook on low heat overnight. In the morning, use a fork and flake meat apart. Add barbeque sauce and cook 2 to 3 hours until needed.
