FRUIT SALAD 
1 lb. can sliced peaches, drained
1 lb. can pineapple chunks, drained
1 or 2 cans (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
2 lg. bananas, sliced
15 or 20 maraschino cherries
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding mix

Drain fruit juice from peaches and oranges and reserve 1 1/4 cups. Mix the 1 1/4 cups juice with pudding mix in a large bowl. Stir until smooth; add the sliced bananas. Stir in remaining fruit (drained) and refrigerate until serving time. Serves 8 to 10.
