CREAMED SPINACH 
3 pkg. frozen (or equivalent fresh) spinach
1 stick butter, melted
Garlic salt, or fresh garlic (mashed)
1 c. sour cream
Buttered bread crumbs

Thaw and boil spinach briefly. Squeeze water out of spinach. Add other ingredients. Mix well. Top with buttered crumbs in a casserole. This may be frozen. Thaw and heat thoroughly before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
