CORN SALAD 
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. diced celery
4-5 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad, mixing well. Refrigerate overnight.
