QUICK MIX CAKE | |
2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained ICING: 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk 1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. flaked coconuts 1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Pour into an ungreased 13 by 9 inch pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. ICING: In medium saucepan combine first 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over hot cake. Serve warm or cool. |
