FRUIT PIZZA | |
1 tube Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 c. fruit juice (orange, lemonade, mixed fruit, etc). 4 tsp. cornstarch 3 c. fruit, mixed (your choice) (Banana, peaches, strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, etc. - fresh, frozen or canned). Press cookie dough onto cookie sheet. Dough will be thin. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar. When dough is cool, spread mixture on top. Cook together juice and cornstarch until thick. Cool. When cool, mix with fruit. Spread fruit mixture on top of pizza. Enjoy! 1957 Alumni |
