SHRIMP FILLED AVOCADOS 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. lime or lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. capers
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill seeds
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. fresh med. shrimp, cooked, peeled & deveined
3-4 ripe avocados

Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in shrimp. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Drain shrimp, reserving marinade. Cut avocados in half lengthwise. Remove seed and peel avocado halves. Brush avocados with reserved marinade and fill with shrimp mixture. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
