HEAVENLY HASH SALAD 
1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 lg. can pineapple chunk, drained
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
Chopped nuts (pecans) (opt.)
1 carton whipping cream
4-6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. flour
2 tsp. vinegar

Whip cream, adding sugar gradually; set aside. Cook milk and flour mixture on top of stove in boiler, stirring constantly on low heat. Then add vinegar. Add marshmallows, pineapple and nuts to whip cream mixture. Then add milk mixture to other whip cream mixture. Chill for several hours. (may use on a slice of pound cake as a dessert.
