SPINACH PIE PARMA 
2 c. seasoned croutons, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp.s our cream
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine croutons and butter; mix well. Press onto bottom of 9" pie plate. Combine 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and remaining ingredients. Spoon over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
