GROUND BEEF TERIYAKI 
2 tbsp. oil
4 green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. carrots, cut into strips
1 med. green pepper, cut into 1 inch sq.
1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom gravy
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper

In skillet over medium heat, cook onions, celery, carrots and green pepper in hot oil until tender-crisp, stirring often. Remove vegetables to bowl. In same skillet, cook beef until browned. Stir in gravy, soy sauce, ginger and red pepper. Add cooked vegetables. Heat to boiling. Serve over rice.
