CRUST:

2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. water

Mix and with moist hands pat into a 9"x13" pan, going up the sides. Bake 3 to 5 minutes at 350 degrees. 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 3/4 c. sour cream 1/3 c. Miracle Whip 2 sm. onions, chopped 1 sm. green pepper, chopped 2 med. tomatoes, thinly sliced

Brown ground beef with taco seasoning mix according to package; drain. Mix together sour cream, Miracle Whip and hamburger mixture. On bottom of crust, spread ground beef mixture. Then add the chopped onion and green pepper. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top and sprinkle with 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. This can be served with taco, salsa or picante sauce.
