VEAL SCALOPPINE (EA) 
Brown 1 pound veal tenders in saucepan, using olive oil. Add, chopped fine:

1 onion
1 sm. garlic clove
Salt & pepper to taste

Add:

1 sm. can mushrooms
1 sm. can Hunts tomato sauce

Cover and bring to boil. Then simmer 1/2 hour. Add 1 or 2 green sliced peppers and simmer 1/2 hour more. Serves 4-6.
