HAM-CHEESE-POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. light cream (half & half)
2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1 1/2 - 2 c. cubed, cooked ham
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover; bake 45 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
