HAM & POTATO OMELET CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. instant hash browns
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. finely chopped cooked ham
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash cayenne pepper
5 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. milk
Paprika

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients but paprika in large bowl. Pour into ungreased baking dish (12 x 8 x 2). Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes until knife in center comes out clean. Serves 6.
