2 env. Dream Whip topping mix
2 pkgs. (4 serving size) Jello instant lemon (or any flavor) pudding & pie filling
2 3/4 c. Carnation cream
1 tbsp. vanilla
Coconut, toasted
1 cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Beat whipped topping mix with 1 cup cream and vanilla. Use large mixing bowl. Beat at high speed with electric mixer 6 minutes until thickens and forms peaks. Add remaining cream and pie filling mix. Beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Spoon into pie crust.

1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
1 stick butter
