CHERRY COBBLER 
2 cans red sour pitted cherries.

Pour cherries into 9 x 13 inch pan and stir in 1/2 cup sugar. Mix together and sprinkle over cherries:

1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg

Cut 1 stick butter in slices and place over crumb mix. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. Good served warm with ice cream.
