CHERRY CRUMBLE TOP PIE 
2 cans pie cherries (not pie filling)
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. juice from cherries
1 pie shell

Drain out 3/4 cup cherry juice. Add drained cherries to this amount of juice; add flour and sugar and mix. Pour into pie shell.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. melted butter
