CAJUN CORNBREAD 
1 c. yellow corn meal, plain
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 lb. cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. sausage, hot
1 c. onions

Mix together and pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
