Just what I was looking for, skipping all the "OTHER INGREDIENTS". This sauce with butterfly pasta strips of fried ham, spinach, avocado, sun dried tomato, mushroom, and topped with old cheddar to taste... I had that dish in a restaurant while traveling, I tried remaking it many times but it just wasn't right... it was the sauce!, this is it...

Thanks! simple! done and done! I added a lot of pepper, more Italian spices but the 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons flour, and 1 cup milk works like a charm. Sweet! Thanks! this was great touch to al dente fettucine in white (this) sauce with garlic broccoli and mushrooms!

This is the greatest i have tried many times to make this but never with this result. I followed the recipe for medium sauce and added sour cream, fresh Orgegano, fresh Parmasean Cheese, Side Stripe Shrimp and chicken over penne. Excellent!!

Yum, I loved it. Was easy to follow and made my noodles thick and creamy. All I had to do was add some garlic salt. Very good for first time cooks and even easier when it comes to a quick and easy meal. My only con would be it didn't make enough for my family so I doubled the recipe. Thanks for the great sauce.

Excellent!! Very very good. I added a pinch of ground cloves and it was amazing. But just a pinch, otherwise the taste and the smell will be too strong. :D
