WHITE SAUCE PASTA 
1 lb. pasta (your choice)
1/4 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Dash of salt and pepper
1/2 c. half & half
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to directions on package. Do not overcook! Drain well but do not rinse. Meanwhile, in a medium size skillet, saute garlic in butter. Add parsley, salt and pepper, half & half, and Parmesan cheese. Stir over heat but do not boil. Place pasta in heated bowl. Pour sauce over pasta and serve. If desired, you can sprinkle on extra Parmesan cheese before serving. Serves 4.
