SWEET AND SAVORY RIBS 
1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 (18 oz.) bottle honey barbecue sauce
1/4 c. spicy brown mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless country style pork ribs
1/3 c. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. salt

Place onion in 5-quart cooker; top with the ribs. Combine the barbecue sauce, syrup, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over the ribs. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until the meat is tender.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
