HIGH FRUIT 
1 lg. pear
1 lg. orange
2 c. melon
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. brandy (I use apricot)
1 lg. apple
1 lg. peach
1 c. seedless white grapes
3/4 c. white wine (Gallo White Port American Light is what I use)

Toss all together except the brandy. Add the brandy just before serving. Be sure all fruit is fresh and peeled. Serves 6.
