MEXICAN FRUIT SALAD 
1 banana, sliced
1 orange, peeled, membranes removed, and chopped
Fresh or canned pineapple chunks
1 cantaloupe, peeled and chunked
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Stir fruit together in a bowl. Prepare dressing by mxing together oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt and chili powder; mix well. Pour dressing over the fruit and toss well. Chill until serving time.
