SALTED NUT BARS | |
1 1/2 tbsp. butter 1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows 1 (16 oz.) jar salted dry roasted peanuts Butter 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour 1/2 of the peanuts in pan. Melt butter and peanut butter chips. Remove from heat. Add milk and mix. Stir in marshmallow; mix well. Pour mixture on top of peanuts in pan. Top with remaining peanuts. Pat them down and refrigerate. Cut into bars. These taste like salted nut roll candy bars. |
