CHEESY MACARONI 
1/2 lb. long macaroni
Salt and pepper
2 eggs
1/4 lb. cooked ham
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
6 tbsp. butter
Cayenne

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease an 8 inch souffle dish. Place macaroni in a saucepan of boiling water and cook until tender.

Meanwhile, lightly beat the eggs. Coarsely chop the ham. Drain the macaroni and place in souffle dish. Add 1/4 cup of butter, 1 1/4 cups of the cheese, the eggs and ham to the dish. Add a pinch of cayenne and dot with the rest of the butter. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and lightly set. Serve immediately.
