8 or 9 inch springform pan
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
5 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar

Mix and line spring form pan with above ingredients. 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream the cheese. Add sugar, beat in 1 egg at a time, beat egg well. Add sour cream, add flavoring, pour into graham cracker lined spring form pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Turn off oven - DO NOT OPEN DOOR - leave for 1 hour - OPEN DOOR - leave in oven until room temperature. Chill. Pour cherry or blueberry pie filling - 1 can - over top. Very easy, very good.
