CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 lb. melted butter
Springform pan
Flour
Cornstarch
Juice of a lemon

Grease springform pan generously. Cream 1 pound cream cheese and 1 pound Ricotta cheese. Add to this mixture 1 1/2 cups sugar and 4 eggs, beaten one at a time; mix well. Mix 3 tablespoons flour with 3 tablespoons cornstarch. Add to cheese mixture. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla and juice of 1/2 lemon. Add 1/4 pound melted butter and 1 pint sour cream.

Pour in greased pan. Put in preheated oven at 350 degrees, lower temperature to 325 degrees for 1 hour. Very important, turn off oven, Do Not Open Oven Door, leave cheese cake in oven for 3 more hours.
