CHEESE CAKE 
10" springform pan
10 graham crackers
1/4 lb. butter, room temperature
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 pt. sour cream
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Crumble graham crackers and mix with butter. Place in bottom of springform pan. Cream cheese until smooth in large bowl. Add sugar; mix again. Add eggs, one at a time (important); mix thoroughly after each egg. Add sour cream, flour, milk and vanilla; mix thoroughly. Pour into springform pan and bake one hour and 15 minutes. Turn off oven and crack door with wooden spoon. Allow to set in oven for 1 1/2 hours. Refrigerate overnight.
