NAVY BEANS AND CORN BREAD 
2 c. beans
1/2 c. cooking oil
Hamhocks
1 tbsp. salt
Water
1 sm. box of cornbread

MUST soak beans in pressure cooker overnight. Drain. Cover with water (not more than 1/2 full). Add hamhocks (can be kept with refrigeration up to 2 weeks). Cook 30 minutes after pressure is achieved - let pressure drop of own accord. Mix cornbread according to directions on box. May add brown sugar to mix (1 or 2 tablespoons) or to taste.
