PICKLE BEANS 
2 gal. beans
1/2 gal. water
1/2 c. salt

Then add 1/2 cup salt, 2 more gallons beans. Press down each time with palm of hand each time you add 2 gallons of beans. Add 1/2 cup salt. Weight down in jar or churn. Let set 7 days. Can beans. Pressure 5 minutes at 5 pounds pressure. So jars will seal.
