WONTON SOUP 
1 pkg. wonton wrappers
3/4 lb. ground pork
8 whole water chestnuts
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
8 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce (more, if you like)

Mix together all ingredients except wrappers. Place 1 teaspoon of mixture in each wrapper, fold like diaper, seal with flour and water paste. Drop into heated chicken broth and simmer slowly until wraps come to top. Add soy sauce and cut green onion pieces to broth when wraps are added. Total cooking time of wraps is about 20 to 30 minutes.
