FRIED WONTONS 
Use prepared wonton wrapping.

FILLING:

1 c. ground pork or chicken
1/2 c. chopped raw shrimp
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Stir above ingredients until mixed well. Put a little filling in the center of each wrapping square. Fold diagonally, and press the edges to seal. (Bring far corners together and moisten with a little water and press to seal.) Heat oil, 2 inches deep, in a skillet at 360 degrees. Fry the wontons a few at a time until brown. Serve with Sweet and Sour sauce.
