PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (2 lb.) can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. pistachio instant Jello pudding
1 lg. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Dissolve lemon Jello and 1 cup boiling water and let stand until almost set. Mix together pineapple and juice, pudding and mandarin oranges. Fold in Jello and Cool Whip. Turn into serving bowl and chill. Serve family style.
