CHICKEN SCAPORELLI 
2 oz. olive oil (hot)
1 chicken breast, boneless, cut into chunks
6 pieces sliced sausage
6 pepperonicini
6 sm. whole potatoes
2-3 drops Kitchen Bouquet
Tinge chicken base
Dash of oregano
Hot pepper to taste
Splash white wine

Saute oil, chicken, sausage, pepperonicini, and potatoes. Then add Kitchen Bouquet, chicken base, oregano, and hot pepper. Saute all together until cooked and hot. Just before serving, add wine.
