TOSTADA PIE 
1 9" unbaked pie shell
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. granulated or 3 bouillon cubes (beef)
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/4 c. tomato sauce
Sour cream
Shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomato or salsa

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pie shell 8 minutes; remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees.

In large skillet, brown meat with onion and bouillon, stirring until bouillon dissolves. Drain. Stir in beans, chilies and tomato sauce. Turn into pie shell. Bake 20-25 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes. Garnish with remaining ingredients. 6 servings.
