NO-CRUST COCONUT PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 can flake coconut
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

With electric mixer, beat eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered and floured 9-inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Pie forms own crust while baking. Serves 6.
