KATHY D.'S SPINACH QUICHE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, defrost & drain
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. shredded Farmers cheese
2 tbsp. arrow root - or 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. each nutmeg, tarragon, basil, sage
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. skim milk
Garnish paprika

Bake in quiche dish with or without shell at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
