ASPARAGUS ORIENTAL | |
1 1/2 lbs. fresh asparagus 2 tbsp. butter 1/8 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 1/2 tsp. chicken flavor base Soy sauce Clean asparagus. Cut at an angle in 1/2 inch pieces. Melt butter in skillet. Saute ginger, seasoned salt, chicken flavor base for 1 minute. Add asparagus and stir fry for about 3 minutes, until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with a little soy sauce and serve. |
