BARBECUE SLAW 
4 c. shredded or chopped raw cabbage
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. ketchup
5 tbsp. white vinegar

Drain moisture off cabbage; mix cabbage with sugar, black pepper and salt. Add ketchup and vinegar. Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 to 3 hours in order for mixture to marinate.
